A Bridgnorth woman has grown three huge sunflowers, measuring eight, 10 and even 16 feet in height. Jayne Roberts, of Telegraph Lane, said she had never seen so many huge flowers, despite growing them every year. “It must be a good year for sunflowers – or at least it is in my garden,” she said.
